Sacred Closure

Thanks for landing here.
Motherhood is often spoken as a beginning.
Yet within every beginning, there are countless endings, transformations, and quiet acts of surrender that shape us along way.
Some are witnessed.
Many are not.
We give less of our time these days
to honouring the moments of witnessing,
celebrating,
grieving,
holding,
and letting go.
This poem is an offering to those unseen, unfelt, unnamed moments.
To the sacred bodies that carried life.
To the brave hearts that held uncertainty.
To the souls that crossed a threshold and began their journey.
May these words invite a moment of honouring for all that has been lived, felt, and carried.
May they offer the beginning of a sacred closure where one is needed.

For those wishing to deepen this ritual, I have created a tea blend devoted to the closing of the portal and the sacred transition into motherhood, which you can find the information about under Offerings.
It is an offering not only for honouring what has been carried, what has been released, and what is now beginning, but also for the unrecognized emotions and unheard voices that long for a place to soften and be held in vulnerability.
The blend is available in small batches through direct message or email, and occasionally at local markets in Qualicum Beach or Errington.
